Winter

Winter is the coldest season of the year. In this season, snow and blizzard come down from the sky and drop to the ground. At night, the temperature drops into the freezing point for example 28 32, etc. Also in the coldest season, people bundle when it's cold outside with coats and hoodies. People can talk about what goes on when school closes.

In the winter, people can celebrate Christmas on the 25th of December. On Christmas, good children can get Christmas gifts. However, children who act bad will get cold rocks. You have to accept it. That is how winter is described.

Personal Goal; Finding a Job

My personal goal is to find a job. I have already created a résumé including experience and skills. After creating the résumé, I signed up for Careerbuilder for a profile and attached the résumé as a doc. I can search and apply for hundreds of jobs in the area. That is what I can do

For the next step, I am going to practice job interview skills. I need to be calm and cool when I practice.  
I am going to look for some job questions on the Internet. I will write those job questions on my notebook. Dressing up for an interview makes me look nice and neat.

The steps  I will take for my goal is to practice interview questions. I will sit down and practice questions with someone in the classroom. Maybe, I will practice the questions at home. I will print out the questions and read them to myself those are the steps I will take.

College Fair Essay

College fair in the gymnasium was the best. At the fair, I greeted new people and asked them what majors do colleges have. I told the people my majors I will study is business and computer engineering. I wrote the information on a little card and what year I'm graduating. That was the first part.

I visited a few tables like UPenn, Drexel, Temple, Widener, Arcadia and Howard University. They all had what I was looking and what I want to study. Arcadia and Howard are outside of the city and into different states. I also looked at Penn State to see if I wanted to go that college. That was my second part.

I will go again to the college fair next year. Next year when I'm a senior, I will start applying to different colleges. When I apply to colleges, I will pick the most out of probably 10. I will hopefully get accepted into that college. That is what I will do.

The Summer is Coming

I can't believe the summer is coming! I am going to have an interview with the program at Upward Bound. I will or I might get a summer job and get $246 dollars a week. If I have to stay out in this hot summer, I am going to find a house or a building that has an air conditioner to cool off in. I might go on vacation and on the boardwalk and eat plenty of food. On the Fourth of July, I am going to watch the parade on television. The city lights are going to turn red, white and blue for the holiday. I will probably see the fireworks at the end of the parade. After, I am going to relax and think about what I am going to do. That is what I am going to do in the summer.

My Memorial Day

My memorial day was a lot exciting! On Saturday, I went to Walmart and McDonalds on a sunny day. At the Mcdonalds in Walmart, I ate a beautiful sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddles. Next, we went to buy some food and charcoal at Walmart. Then, we went to the Home Depot. At the Home Depot, we bought big bags of dirt and plants for home. That is what I did on Saturday.

Let me tell you what I did on Sunday. On Sunday, I went to my grandma's house for a barbecue dinner. For a barbecue dinner, I only ate brown hot dogs and black hamburgers on grandma's white plate. It was the best dinner I have ever had. Then, I went home and got on my compact computer to see if bad weather was coming to our area. That is what I did on Sunday.

Here is what I did Yesterday on Memorial Day. On Memorial Day, I really ate my leftovers from Sunday. I heated up the leftovers at my grandma's white microwave. Then, I went home and got ready for school the next day. That is what I did Yesterday.

About College

Here are the things to talk about college. In college, you have to join harder classes and pass in the semester. You have to pay a lot of money for your college lets about $2,000 or $4,000 dollars for each season. You have to go through a job training course and get paid so you can have bills to pay. At college, you have to stay at campus for a few weeks and sleep. Also, you have to meet new friends and meet new teachers that you join.

The college I might go to is Temple University. At Temple, you will learn a lot of things. You will about math, reading, writing and technical skills. In Temple you might get a report card after the semester is over. In your senior and final year, you get a master's or medical degree at college. Or, you take the PSSA like the 11th graders are. That is what I have to say about college.

The thing About being Yourself

Here are six ways that you are being yourself. First, you are a quite talented person with a lot of interests and you have great unique stuff. Second, you are a bright person with straight A's in different classes which you have taken and paid for. Third, you are a hard worker with no problems and you persevere and calm down you get the hard work done fast. Fourth, you always say you have friends in school and out of school which you socialize with. Fifth, you don't let anybody destroy your future and your life because that is bullying and ruining another person's life. And Sixth, be the best person in this school, at home and when your out in public places. That is what I gotta say about yourself

The Last Confession

The book I am reading about is The Last Confession. The Last Confession book is about an innocent priest convicted in the killing of three people in the church. About it, a detective wants to find the real killer who killed 3 in the church. The gunman calls himself the Angel of Death. And, the priest is arrested in his own church.

In the story book, the South Philadelphia detective meets a North Philadelphia police detective which he does not like at all. The detective has an assignment to do before he retires after 31 years of homicide.

Michael Coletti's dreams would not let forget the crime that a priest has not done. He would talk about his family and his friends. That is what he would talk about.

Here is where I got the book from. I got the Last confession story from the assembly two weeks ago. This book is an amazing story and I give it 5 stars. On the front of the book, the picture looks like our neighborhood in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This book is the best book ever.

The Autism Expo

The autism expo was great. I saw some little kids singing Its a small world. At the expo, I had got some things for me to look at and get some things. For example, there were some college applications, programs and pens. At the fair they had pencils and cups and stress balls. We were talking to a few people and parents who were in the expo. The autism expo was fantastic! The people that were at the expo were working with the programs for the summer. The people were giving us stuff that was free. They had food and snacks at the expo. The Third Semister

What I am going to do in the third Semister is I am going to work on my assignments. I am going to get better by doing my homework and taking tests. I am going to be a good student and I wont have any problems. I will do great on my next report. That is what I am going to do on the next semister

My Weekend Plans

This weekend, I am going to get on the laptop. I am going to go on Google search and watch all kinds of videos. Next, I think that I am going to go on my Facebook page and look on my status. Later, I think I am going to take some photos on my webcam. That is what I am going to do today after school.

Here is what I am going to on Saturday. On Saturday, I think I am going to go to IHOP and eat breakfast.  For breakfast, I am going to eat pancakes, eggs, sausage and or bacon. It will be the best breakfast anybody will have. That is what I am to do on Saturday.

Here is what I am going to do on Sunday. On Sunday, I am going to go to my grandma's house for dinner. For dinner, I'm probably going to eat macaroni and cheese, corn bread and some fried chicken. It will be the best dinner I will have. Later, I'm going home and going to watch TV in my living room. Finally, I am going into my room and I'm going to bed. That is what I am going to do on Sunday.

The Bing Photo

On a bing photo, I see a picture of a nighttime or morning sky. I see 2 churches in the photo that represents Jesus. In the photo, I see a man or a horse that looks like a statue. I also see green lights flashing with the traffic running. That is what I see in the photo.

On the website bing.com, I think that the photo represents the city of London. In the photo, I think the statue represents the plaza of the palace. I think the photo up on the website looks like a nighttime sky. Also, I think the photo on the website looks like a cloudy night or cloudy morning. That is what the photo represents.

In the 18th or 19th century U.S generals began to fight in the plaza. After the battle, the leaders had to rename the plaza to honor the general after he died. The people had to built the statue of the general with stone. The statue in the picture looks very nice and represents him. That statue's color is any kind of color.

In the photo, I see a photo of a bank building that is old. The bank was built in the middle ages or the old ages. In the building years ago, the early settlers have had a trading center here of the old Mississippi. Today, the bank building that was built in the 1700's was called Place D'Armes. The place was a dedicated parkland.

In the bing photo, I see a big church that is in the background. On the church, I see a clock that shows what time it is in New Orealeans, LA that looks like London, England. I see the wooden cross that is on top of the church. I also see red doors that are on the church building that looks like a palace. That is what I see in the photo.

The Hunger Games paragraph

This is a summary about The Hunger Games. What I liked about the Hunger Games is Katniss volunteering for Prim in the Hunger Games. I liked the part where Katniss stood up for Prim when she volunteered in the games. I liked the part where Effie excitedly cheers for Katniss in the middle of the book. I liked the part where everyone put three fingers on their lips and blowing a kiss to Katniss. Those were the parts I liked in the story.

What I did not love about the Hunger Games part is Katniss pushing Peeta in the shattered glass. I did not like the part where Haymitch yelled at Katniss for pushing Peeta. I did not like the fact where Haymitch shoved Katniss into the wall saying its just a game. I did not also liked the part where Katniss shoved him back because of his breath and wine. Those are the parts I did not like.

What I did not like about the Hunger Games is the boy from district 1 stabbing Rue with a spear. I did not like the part where Rue had blood coming from her body. I did not like the part where Katniss was crying and had tears in her eyes. I also did not like the part where Rue had died from a spear being in her stomach. That is why I did not like the parts of the Hunger Games.

What I had liked about the Hunger Games is Cinna trying to make Katniss look beautiful for the interview. I had really like that Cinna had to put all of that glimmer on the dress. I really liked the part where the dress was on fire and surprised everyone. I had liked the part in the Hunger Games that Katniss had on the dress for the interview because she wants to look neat. I also like the part where Cinna had done her hair in the games.

What I loved in the Hunger Games is Katniss and Peeta staying together on television in the Hunger Games. I loved that Katniss and Peeta won the games of District 12. The third thing I loved about the Hunger Games is a hovercraft letting down two ladders for Katniss and Peeta to climb on. I also loved about the part of the book is Katniss and Peeta going to the Hospital to get their cuts healed. That is what I liked about the Hunger Games part.

In the end of the book, I felt really happy that Katniss saw all of the mentors again. I felt happy that Katniss saw all of friends in the Training Center. I felt happy that Katniss and Peeta sat in the victors seat after they won the games. I also felt happy that Katniss and Peeta were crowned since the host cut the crown into half. I really felt happy that in the end of the Hunger Games everything settled.

The Insect

I am writing a blog about the insect. The insect is totally and for instance green all around its body.  The insect has a green antenna on top of its head that goes up and sideways. Also, the insect has a green wings that look like leaves however it can't fly. The green creature's eyes looks like a frog and it closes like it. The green insect was found on a Central American isthmus by animal hunters. Finally, the green insect has leaves in front it on the website. This is my story on my insect.

My Holidays

My holiday last week was fantastic! On Christmas Eve, I called my dad and asked him if he was coming. Then, I went to my grandma's house and watched the Eagles game. Next, I went home and got on my phone to check my facebook page. After that, I went to bed and fell asleep at something at 11:50pm. That is what I did on Christmas Eve.

On Christmas Day, I was glad to see my father and he gave me $60.00 dollars. After my dad came, I went to my grandma's and ate Christmas dinner. I ate turkey, cabbage, macaroni and cheese and stuffing. That was the best dinner I ever had. That is what I did on Christmas Day.

My week last week was okay. I checked my emails on my phone. I washed my face and body in my home bathroom. Next, at the end of the week, I ate pizza and buffalo wings. I had a good week last week.

On New Year's Eve, I had helped set up the table for my mom. Then, I had to do juice boxes and soda boxes. Next, I watched the new year's with Ryan Seacrest on ABC. Finally, I said happy new year's when the ball dropped down. That was my new year's in 2011.

My new year's resolution is getting good grades. My other new year's resolution is going to the Upward Bound program. This year, I am going to get all a's and b's like I did last year. This year, I am going to get better every single day by working. That is my new year's resolution.
